Remo Technologies Limited (Remo) supplies innovative biotelemetry devices for use in a wide range of healthcare and research applications.

Key innovations include the ability of some Remo product to monitor multiple subjects simultaneously, improving the quality of results with enormous improvements in welfare and reductions in subjects required.

One of the major shareholders of Remo is the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl). Dstl is an integral part of the UK Government’s Ministry of Defence and its facility at Porton Down specialises in a range of research in the field of biodefence. Meeting the needs of Dstl at Porton Down was a key driver in the formation of Remo and there are strong links between Remo and Dstl.

Dstl has an established record in reduction, replacement and refinement. Its involvement in Remo is part of this ongoing commitment.

Remo has a simple commercial philosophy – to meet customers' changing needs using the most appropriate technology.
